Studio 03 / how we think

Where senioris the entry level.

Founded and led by people who came up through the industry and never left the work, with a senior team behind them and one standard across brand, print, web and the room. Nobody learns on your brief, nothing is passed between vendors, and the idea reaches the launch the way it left the table.

Leadership

Led from the work, not from above it.

ISLAMABAD
PARTNER / 01

Emad Khan

PARTNER / CEO

Runs the studio and leads its web, technology and AI practice: the tooling the work is made with, and the conversations it is made for.

PARTNER / 02

Muhammad Uzair

PARTNER / COO

Runs the work: design, editorial and production, from the first system to the press check. On the floor of every project.

What we believe

Brands break whenthey’re built in pieces.

3 SEAMS

A logo that doesn’t know what the website will do. A site that doesn’t know what the launch will feel like. We keep it in one place, so it stays whole.

Everything a brand needs from one system: the mark, the book, the site and the room, instead of four vendors and three seams. See the full range →

BUILT AS ONE

How we work.

THREE PRINCIPLES / DEALT ON SCROLL
01

Senior hands, start to finish.

Every project is led by a partner and made by a senior team. Nobody learns on your brief, and there is no account layer between you and the people doing the work.

02

Fast by method, not by shortcut.

We build our own tooling and put AI to work on the production: the layouts, the renders, the versions. Rounds come back in days. The decisions stay human.

03

Built as one.

Brand, print, web and the room move together from the first conversation, decided once as a system, so nothing is lost between vendors. There are none.

How a project runs

Nothing goes on top of a layer you haven’t agreed.

Every project is a stack, built from the ground up. Each layer is made of rounds: short ones, days apart, with your notes worked into every one. The next layer goes on when the one under it is right. The pace is quick. The order never changes.

  1. 01

    Footing

Before anything is drawn, the ground is read: your market, your material, the brochures on your competitors' tables and what yours must not be. We write back what we heard. You correct it. That page is what we are held to.

In your handsA brief in our words, corrected in yours.

  2. 02

    System

One decision that everything else obeys: the mark, the palette, the type, the tone. Shown as routes taken far enough to judge, so you choose between finished things and not between swatches.

In your handsThe system, chosen with evidence.

  3. 03

    Structure

The pages, screens and rooms go up on the system. Rounds are short and days apart, and your notes come back worked in, not filed. Nothing is precious until you say it is.

In your handsA new round within days of your notes.

  4. 04

    Proof

The thing itself before it is expensive: a bound dummy, a clickable build, a walk of the room at scale. A change costs little here and a great deal one layer up, so this is where we ask you to be hard on it.

In your handsSomething to hold, click or walk through.

  5. 05

    Finish

Production on our own tooling and AI, checked by the people who designed it: press proofs, code review, fabrication drawings, all held to the standard set on the ground.

In your handsProofs and staging, signed by the designers.

  6. 06

    Standing

Live, printed and in the room. We stay through the launch and the weeks after it, because the last decisions are made there, and a structure is judged standing, not on the drawing.

In your handsThe whole structure, standing.
